1. Introduction

2. Ordering, Payment and Acceptance

• All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason (including pricing or stock errors).

• Prices shown are in CAD and may change without notice. Payment is processed at the time you place the order.

• For online orders we will confirm acceptance of your order by sending an Order Confirmation (email and/or SMS where you consent). The confirmation is not a guarantee that items are available; in rare cases we may cancel and refund.

3. Delivery and Pickup

• Delivery times are estimates only. We are not liable for delays outside our control.

• Delivery fees and minimum order amounts apply as shown at checkout.

• For food safety reasons we cannot accept returns on prepared food items; if you have an issue with your order contact us immediately and we’ll work to make it right.

4. Refunds and Returns

• If there is a problem with your order (missing items, incorrect items, or unacceptable quality) contact us within 24 hours with your order number and photos when possible. Refunds or replacements will be issued at our discretion.

5. Promotions and Coupons

• Promotions/coupons are subject to terms listed with each offer. Only one coupon may be used per order unless stated otherwise. Offers cannot be combined with other discounts unless specified.

6. Intellectual Property

• All content on this site (text, images, logos, menu, layout) is our property or used with permission. You may not reproduce content without written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability & Indemnity

• To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the purchase price of the goods you ordered. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages.

• You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising from your breach of these Terms.

8. Governing Law

• These Terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada. Disputes will be handled in the courts of British Columbia.

9. Changes to Terms

• We may change these Terms at any time. The date at top will show when the Terms were last updated. Continued use after changes means acceptance.
